Alocasia comes from the family Araceae. There are 79 species native to tropical and subtropical Asia to Eastern Australia. They are an extremely decorative plant and will bring a touch of colour to your home! Alocasia have a lovely vintage vibe as they were extremely popular in homes during the 1950's!

'Batik' as the name suggests is a rare new splashy variegated cultivar that will add real impact to any Alocasia collection.

How to care for your Alocasia -

Water:  Alocasia need their soil to be moist at all times, do not allow to dry out.

Light: They enjoy bright but indirect sunlight, direct sun can scorch the leaves.

Humidity: They love warmth and humidity, a bathroom or kitchen would be a perfect spot
